On July 1, 2024, Springettsbury Township moved to a new financial software solution and online payment provider that includes changes to the email billing option. If you would like to have your bills emailed, customers will need to create an account with Xpress Bill Pay to take advantage of the paperless billing feature.

 To set up an account, please visit www.springettsbury.com, select the Pay button in the red ribbon; and select Sewer Payments On-line.  The link will connect to Xpress Bill Pay - https://xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=springettsburytownship10946       Select Create a new Account.  **Please note that your sewer customer account number may have changed.  Xpress Bill Pay will ask you to enter your account number.  Instead, please use the customer number at the top of your bill.  You will then be prompted to enter the primary last name on the account.

 

Xpress Bill Pay offers enhanced notification features and payment options.   Please visit the Xpress Bill Pay website to view services as well as learn about the portal’s security features to protect your transactions.   If you have any questions while using Xpress Bill Pay’s website, you may call their toll-free customer service number at 385-218-0343. 

 

You may set up direct payment of sewer bills from bank accounts by clicking HERE. Complete, sign, and return this form with a voided check via email to finance@springettsbury.com or stop in at our office and turn into a front desk associate.
