On July 1, 2024, Springettsbury Township moved to a new financial software solution and online payment provider that includes changes to the email billing option.
For the 3rd Quarter Sewer Billing, you will receive the July 1,2024 invoice via USPS mail delivery.
To continue email delivery service, email billing will only be provided by Xpress Bill Pay. Customers need to create an account with Xpress Bill Pay to take advantage of this feature.
To set up an account, please access www.springettsbury.com, select the Pay button in the red ribbon; select Sewer Payments On-line. The link will connect to Xpress Bill Pay - https://xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=springettsburytownship10946 Select Create a new Account. **Please note that your sewer customer account number may have changed. Your customer account number is shown on the 3rd quarter bill received via USPS mail and is the required number to set up an account. The customer number on your sewer bill is labeled as the ‘account number’ in Xpress Bill Pay.
Xpress Bill Pay offers enhanced notification features and payment options. Please visit the Xpress Bill Pay website to view services as well as learn about the portal’s security features to protect your transactions.

- You may set up direct payment of sewer bills from bank accounts by clicking "Automatic ACH Payments" to the far right, or click HERE.
- Sewer Certification Request Form - **Please note that all requests for a Certification of Sewer are due at least 3 working days prior to settlement!**
