County, Municipal and School Tax Collection Reminders

• Annual Mailing dates for Tax Bills

          - County and municipal Taxes: February 15

           - School Taxes: July 1 for York Suburban

                                  July 15 for Central York

• If you do not receive your tax bill or if your mailing address has changed, please contact the tax office immediately.

• Please check your due dates with each bill.

• If you have an escrow account, please forward your tax bill to your mortgage company for payment. 

•  Drop-Box located on outside wall near front doors of Municipal Complex. - NO CASH PAYMENTS

• Please bring exact change when paying in cash. 

• When using online bill pay, please allow enough time before due date to send as tax collector goes by postmark. Please make sure parcel is identified on bill pay check.
• When mailing payment, please allow enough time before due date, as the tax collector goes by the postmark date. 
• Please include a phone number on check payments.
• For receipts, include a self-addressed stamped envelope or email taxcollector@springettsbury.com.
• For questions about real estate taxes, please email taxcollector@springettsbury.com.

• PLEASE NOTE ALL PAYMENTS made between December 15 - 31 MUST be made with Guaranteed Funds, such as cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.

Tax Payments must be made payable to Gena Dwyer, Tax Collector

Sewer payments must be made payable to Springettsbury Township

Payments may not be combined and must be submitted separately. The Township is not responsible for delayed payments if your payment is applied to an incorrect department account.
