Public meetings will held in person and will also be available via Zoom access. The accessibility of the meetings will allow anyone who would like to participate either in person or through Zoom to  share comments during the public comment period. Please note, meetings may be recorded in their entirety, including the video stream, all public comments, all chat messages, and any questions and answers.
